• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational leadership roles.<br>• Expertise in managing call center metrics and driving performance improvement.<br>• Deep knowledge of the credit card industry and consumer banking operations.<br>• Proven experience in consumer lending practices and financial planning.<br>• Strong analytical skills, including criticality analysis and problem-solving abilities.<br>• Ability to develop and implement strategic solutions that boost organizational efficiency.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams.<br>• Proficiency in financial planning and analysis (FP& A) processes and tools.
