• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA are required• At least 15 years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a publicly traded biotechnology or life sciences company.• Proven expertise in SEC reporting, compliance, and U.S. GAAP standards.• Demonstrated ability to manage financial strategy for clinical-stage organizations, including complex R& D and clinical trial cost structures.• Strong proficiency in financial tools and systems, including NetSuite.• Exceptional skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.• Solid experience in overseeing annual budgets and month-end close processes.• Effective communication and leadership abilities to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
