We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for our Monmouth County client. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices while addressing any backlogs. Responsibilities:• Process and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.• Resolve discrepancies and issues related to invoice approvals and payments.• Collaborate with internal teams to address and clear backlogs of stuck invoices.• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts payable function.

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.• Proficiency in invoice processing and data entry.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.• Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
