Member Services Representative
<p>We are looking for a dedicated and personable Member Services Representative to join our team in St. Paul, Minnesota. In this on-site role, you will provide exceptional support to both current and prospective members, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through outstanding customer service.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Assist members with a variety of financial services, including managing account inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues.</p><p>• Provide guidance on credit union membership benefits and educate members about available products and services.</p><p>• Facilitate account openings, closures, and updates, including changes to personal information such as addresses.</p><p>• Support members with online banking needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth access to digital services.</p><p>• Address concerns about debit card functionality and assist with replacements or related inquiries.</p><p>• Deliver personalized service during in-person interactions, dedicating time to thoroughly address member needs without rushing.</p><p>• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of organizational procedures, compliance regulations, and product offerings to provide accurate information.</p><p>• Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls effectively.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive member experience.</p>
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating software applications.<br>• Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Experience in customer service, particularly in call center or financial service environments.<br>• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook and other standard office tools effectively.<br>• Skilled in managing multi-line phone systems and handling high call volumes.<br>• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members.<br>• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage transactions and account updates efficiently.<br>• Commitment to delivering high-quality service and resolving member concerns thoroughly.
