• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a customer service role. • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers. • Experience managing high call volumes in a fast-paced environment. • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with fluency in both languages. • Ability to schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries effectively. • Familiarity with order entry and inbound/outbound call handling. • Detail-oriented, pleasant, and customer-focused attitude. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
