In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and promoting inspection services. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage high call volumes efficiently. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information to address their needs. • Schedule appointments and ensure all details are accurately recorded. • Promote and sell inspection services, effectively communicating their benefits to customers. • Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and a positive attitude. • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction. • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions. • Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and achieve collective goals. • Utilize bilingual Spanish skills to assist a diverse customer base, if applicable. • Continuously improve customer service practices to enhance the overall experience.

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a customer service role. • Strong communication skills with an engaging and pleasant demeanor. • Ability to handle high call volumes effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure. • Proficiency in scheduling and managing appointments. • Experience in promoting and selling services to customers. • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory. • Familiarity with order entry and call center systems. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
