This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals in <strong>public accounting</strong> to transition into investment accounting, taking on <strong>immediate responsibility</strong> with strong career growth potential.</p><p>The firm offers a <strong>supportive, career-focused culture</strong> with mentorship, advancement opportunities, and generous rewards for quality work.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage Fund and General Partner ledgers, including quarterly expenses, accruals, intercompany activity, investment transactions, and partner allocations.</li><li>Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements.</li><li>Support annual audits and tax filings.</li><li>Monitor cash position for assigned funds.</li><li>Calculate, record, and process fund and investment capital calls and distributions.</li><li>Partner with Investor Relations to respond to limited partner inquiries.</li><li>Prepare and deliver ad-hoc analyses and reports.</li></ul>
