Workplace Coordinator
We are looking for a meticulous Workplace Coordinator to oversee daily office operations in San Francisco, California. This role involves maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked workplace to support a productive environment. As this is a long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of office facilities and processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage post-lunch cleanup activities, ensuring shared spaces remain clean and organized.<br>• Operate and unload dishwashers, keeping kitchen supplies readily available.<br>• Restock beverages, utensils, and coffee machines to maintain office supplies.<br>• Monitor and manage office supply inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.<br>• Dispatch tasks and coordinate schedules with team members to optimize efficiency.<br>• Provide leadership and guidance to coworkers in maintaining workplace standards.<br>• Respond to inbound calls and address inquiries in a precise and organized manner.<br>• Oversee full-cycle payroll processes to support administrative operations.
• Proven experience in workplace coordination or a similar role.<br>• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.<br>• Ability to efficiently dispatch tasks and manage schedules.<br>• Excellent communication skills for answering calls and addressing team needs.<br>• Familiarity with managing office inventory and supplies.<br>• Experience handling full-cycle payroll processes.<br>• Leadership capabilities to guide and support team members.<br>• Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
