About the Role:You’ll work closely with the Controller and CFO to manage fund audits, financial reporting, investor communications, and system implementations. Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>CPA with 5+ years of accounting experience (public + real estate/fund accounting preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and real estate financials</li><li>Advanced Excel modeling skills</li><li>Experience with fund waterfalls, prorations, and investor reporting</li><li>High EQ, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting</li><li>Experience with Dynamo, Yardi, or Kyriba a plus</li></ul>Excited about this role?
