About the Role:As Controller, you will oversee all accounting and finance functions, including monthly and quarterly close processes, financial reporting, forecasting, KPI development, and compliance. You’ll manage outsourced accounting partners, lead process improvement initiatives, and serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. Qualifications:<ul><li>CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional designation</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>8+ years of experience, including 3–5 years in senior accounting roles</li><li>Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools</li><li>Experience in FP& A, tax compliance, and investor reporting</li><li>Preferred: Background in public accounting (Big 4 or mid-sized firm), private equity, and investor relations</li></ul>Excited about this role?
