We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join our team in Anaheim, California. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments, improve processes, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities: • Review expense reports to ensure proper authorization and accuracy. • Develop and implement operational improvements and streamlined processes. • Verify the accuracy of daily invoices while adhering to strict deadlines. • Foster strong relationships across departments and accounting teams. • Ensure the accuracy of accounts payable files and their integration with the general ledger. • Contribute to the development and refinement of finance-related procedures to align with accounts payable requirements. • Coordinate month-end close activities and perform specialized financial analyses. • Prepare and manage operational budgets across multiple locations within the procurement system. • Generate accounts payable accruals during month-end close. • Monitor vendor statements for compliance and address discrepancies with actionable recommendations.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles. • Proficiency in month-end close processes and general ledger management. • Familiarity with financial statement audits and related compliance standards. • Knowledge of DCAA regulations and practices. • Strong background in financial reporting and analysis. • Experience with AIA billing processes. • Skilled in preparing and posting journal entries accurately.
