Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager – Fund & Property AccountingJoin a growing private investment firm focused on opportunistic and value-add real estate across asset classes. With approximately $1B in AUM and a collaborative team culture, this role offers exposure to both fund-level and property-level accounting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The RoleReporting directly to the CFO, you’ll manage fund and property accounting, performance reporting, and valuation support. You’ll work closely with a fund administrator, operating partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred</li><li>3–6 years of fund accounting experience (real estate finance preferred)</li><li>Strong GAAP knowledge, including fair value accounting</li><li>Familiarity with tax reporting and SEC compliance</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and financial modeling</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively</li></ul>Excited about this role?
