<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field</li><li>4–10 years of relevant professional experience</li><li>Prior experience in accounting operations, ideally involving real property, trusts, or LLCs</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards</li><li>Proficiency in Excel; experience with Sage Intacct and Bill.com is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion</li><li>CPA license or Master’s degree preferred</li></ul>
