As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing accounting operations and serving as a leader within the finance team.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>As a Senior Accountant, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.</li><li>Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including complex journal entries.</li><li>Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, while providing insight to key stakeholders.</li><li>Manage tax filings and regulatory compliance requirements.</li><li>Participate in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.</li><li>Assist in the implementation and improvement of ERP systems and accounting processes.</li><li>Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, offering guidance to ensure development and accuracy.</li><li>Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
