<ul><li>5+ years accounting experience in public accounting, real estate, or fund management.</li><li>CPA with strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with real estate financial statements.</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills.</li><li>Adaptable, accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Interest in affordable housing and multifamily real estate.</li><li>Experience with Dynamo, Yardi, or Kyriba bonus.</li></ul><p><strong>Interested or even just curious?
