Office Manager
<p>We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will oversee a variety of administrative and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. • Proven experience in administrative office management or a similar role.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Familiarity with ordering and maintaining office supplies.<br>• Basic knowledge of accounts payable processes.<br>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.<br>• Proficiency in handling receptionist duties and providing exceptional customer service.<br>• Willingness to adapt and take on new responsibilities as needed.
