Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will represent our services at various events and engage with clients in a friendly and approachable manner. This position requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Represent company services effectively at events, webinars, and benefits fairs to engage with potential clients.<br>• Deliver concise and compelling presentations to communicate key offerings and value propositions.<br>• Ensure smooth event operations by managing logistics and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.<br>• Demonstrate a high level of detail orientation and approachability while interacting with clients and colleagues.<br>• Adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks efficiently.<br>• Stand for extended periods during events while maintaining energy and enthusiasm.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and event success.<br>• Uphold a business casual dress code to maintain a detail-oriented appearance.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or client-facing role.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse audiences.<br>• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.<br>• Experience with order entry and managing customer inquiries in a timely manner.<br>• Friendly and confident demeanor, capable of building rapport with clients.<br>• Ability to stand for long periods and work in dynamic event settings.<br>• Flexibility to adapt to various situations and maintain a positive attitude.<br>• Familiarity with business casual dress standards, excluding jeans and sneakers.
