Admissions Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Admissions Representative to join our team in Atherton, California. In this Contract to permanent role, you will guide prospective students through the admissions process, offering insights into our programs, application procedures, and financial aid options. This position requires exceptional communication skills and a commitment to creating a positive experience for all applicants.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Engage with prospective students to provide detailed information about educational programs, application procedures, and financial aid opportunities.<br>• Build strong relationships with applicants, understanding their educational goals and guiding them toward suitable enrollment options.<br>• Conduct outreach efforts, including promotional activities and sales calls, to attract potential students.<br>• Assess applicant eligibility for enrollment by reviewing qualifications and addressing any questions or concerns.<br>• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless and well-organized admissions experience.<br>• Maintain accurate records of applicant interactions and admissions progress using internal systems.<br>• Collaborate with team members to meet enrollment targets and support institutional goals.<br>• Participate in events and initiatives designed to promote the institution and attract new students.<br>• Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide prospective students with relevant and timely information.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales, customer service, or admissions-related role.<br>• Strong background in promotional sales and outreach activities.<br>• Proven ability to conduct effective sales calls and communicate persuasively.<br>• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple prospective students.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve enrollment goals.<br>• Proficiency in using admissions or CRM systems to track applicant progress.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage with diverse audiences.
