Customer Experience Specialist
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and representing the voice of our customers. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote support setting.<br>• Proficiency with customer service software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.<br>• Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and connect with customers.<br>• Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and tackle new challenges in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with cloud technologies and CRM systems.<br>• Competence in using Microsoft Excel for managing and analyzing customer-related data.<br>• Proven ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.<br>• Experience in ensuring customer success through proactive problem-solving and relationship management.
