IT Manager
<p><strong><em><u>Overview</u></em></strong></p><p> -- Strategic hands-on IT Manager with comparable previous experience, to help develop our IT landscape for the future</p><p> -- The right candidate will wear multiple hats — from being the first-line response to the development of the future IT landscape.</p><p> -- Someone that can keep existing ERP and planning systems operational, support new developments in our existing systems, and implement new systems, such as CRM, WMS and functionalities.</p><p> -- You will translate the needs of the organization and translate this to IT solutions that benefit the organization and its customers</p><p> -- You will represent the US organization and its interest in group IT meetings, developments and international projects.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Key Responsibilities</u></em></strong></p><p> -- First line support for urgent IT system issues in the ERP system</p><p> -- Develop the future IT landscape including an IT roadmap as part of the company strategy</p><p> -- Translating business needs into possible IT solutions</p><p> -- Proactive support for the business by providing advice on how to use digital tools and systems to gain efficiency</p><p> -- Analyze workflows and recommend technology solutions</p><p> -- Support the digitalization of processes and procedures</p><p> -- Collaborate with the US organization, external suppliers and the IT group function</p><p> -- Monitor IT systems performance and improve uptime</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>What We’re Looking For</u></em></strong></p><p> -- Somebody who can bridge the gap between technology and business.</p><p> -- Deep understanding of business workflows </p><p> -- Experience in working with ERP solutions and planning software</p><p> -- Knowledgeable and competent in working with databases</p><p> -- Well known in incident management as well as change management</p><p> -- Proven track record in mapping business process into IT landscape </p><p> -- Familiar with support desk function and Service Level agreements</p><p><br></p>
