Call Center Representative
<p>Robert Half is partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization to find a dedicated and compassionate Call Center Representative. If you enjoy helping others, possess strong communication skills, and are motivated to make a difference in a community-focused organization, this opportunity might be for you!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Answer incoming calls from donors, members, and the public, providing friendly and professional service.</li><li>Resolve inquiries or concerns regarding the nonprofit’s programs, services, or policies quickly and efficiently.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and resolutions in the database system.</li><li>Provide information regarding donation processes, volunteer opportunities, and community events as needed.</li><li>Triage calls and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.</li><li>Participate in outreach efforts to strengthen donor relations and program satisfaction, as necessary.</li><li>Ensure sensitive donor data and other confidential information are handled securely and with discretion.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li> 1+ year(s) of experience in customer service, call center, or related roles. Experience in the nonprofit sector is preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or call center software.</li><li>Strong verbal and written skills; ability to engage with a diverse audience patiently and empathetically.</li><li>Ability to think critically and resolve issues with compassion and professionalism.</li><li>Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage high call volumes effectively.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li> High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated passion for serving the community and supporting nonprofit initiatives.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in Spanish</li><li>Previous experience in maintaining accurate and detailed customer records is beneficial.</li></ul><p><br></p>
