We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Saint Helena, California. This role involves managing payroll operations for a workforce of 135 employees and ensuring accuracy in a biweekly payroll cycle. As this is a long-term contract position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the consistent and smooth functioning of our payroll processes. Responsibilities: • Process full-cycle payroll for a biweekly schedule, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. • Handle multi-state payroll operations and address any discrepancies or issues promptly. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll tasks efficiently and maintain accurate employee records. • Collaborate with team members to streamline payroll processes and ensure deadlines are consistently met. • Provide support for payroll-related inquiries and resolve employee concerns with professionalism. • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations. • Prepare and submit necessary payroll reports to management and other stakeholders. • Assist in audits and reviews related to payroll operations. • Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data at all times.

• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing. • Familiarity with managing payroll for a multi-state workforce. • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now software. • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements. • Experience handling payroll for a workforce of 500 or more employees. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to analyze and resolve payroll-related issues effectively. • Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and employees.
