Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.</li><li>Technical Accounting: Manage complex GL activities (accruals, revenue recognition, intercompany) and perform detailed account reconciliations. Research and document technical accounting issues.</li><li>Audit Management: Serve as a primary contact for external auditors. Prepare audit schedules and lead internal audit readiness activities.</li><li>Process Improvement: Identify and drive continuous improvement in accounting policies, procedures, and workflows.</li><li>Analysis: Support budgeting, forecasting, and provide financial insights to senior leadership.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience (operational and technical focus).</li><li>Strong command of <strong>GAAP</strong>, full-cycle accounting, and month-end close processes.</li><li>Advanced <strong>Excel</strong> proficiency (pivot tables, V/HLOOKUPs) and experience with a modern ERP/accounting system (QuickBooks Online, Xero, etc.).</li><li>Detail-oriented, excellent analytical skills, and strong communication abilities.</li></ul><p><br></p>
