Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Renton, Washington. In this role, you will provide essential support to consumers by handling inquiries, troubleshooting billing issues, and processing payments. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position that offers opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to incoming calls from consumers, averaging 20-30 calls per day, with higher volumes during specific times of the month.<br>• Process payments and assist with electronic billing inquiries to ensure timely account management.<br>• Verify consumer insurance details and enroll individuals in appropriate payment plans.<br>• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, especially related to delayed payments.<br>• Provide general troubleshooting support for platform-related issues and account access.<br>• Act as a liaison between consumers and pharmacies, addressing account questions and resolving concerns.<br>• Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions and account updates.<br>• Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on empathy and attention to detail.<br>• Support monthly statement processing, managing higher call volumes during peak periods.<br>• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes and consumer satisfaction.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.<br>• Strong critical thinking skills to address complex consumer issues effectively.<br>• Excellent communication skills and a consumer-first mindset.<br>• Ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism and accuracy.<br>• Familiarity with billing processes or basic accounting concepts is preferred.<br>• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain organized records.<br>• Commitment to reliable attendance and a positive attitude in a team setting.
