We are looking for an experienced Workplace Experience Ambassador to join our team on a contract basis in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that all building spaces are organized and maintained to create a welcoming and efficient environment for employees and visitors. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external guests, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism.<br>• Oversee front-of-house operations, including managing inquiries and directing them appropriately.<br>• Coordinate and assist with the physical setup of events and meetings, ensuring furniture, signage, and equipment are properly arranged.<br>• Maintain accurate records of room bookings and schedules, as well as keep event calendars updated.<br>• Provide support to other facilities team services as needed to ensure smooth operations.<br>• Collaborate with other team members to uphold a high standard of service and act as a representative of the team.<br>• Monitor and address any issues related to building spaces to maintain a comfortable and functional environment.<br>• Assist with catering and hospitality arrangements as required during events or meetings.<br>• Utilize various software platforms to manage daily activities and streamline processes.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing.<br>• Strong self-motivation with a confident and efficient approach.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members and represent the team professionally.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Proficiency in using PC operating systems and various software platforms for managing daily tasks.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent required.<br>• Minimum of 10 years of experience in reception, concierge, or a similar field.<br>• Previous experience in catering or hospitality is preferred.
