Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. Your ability to manage administrative tasks and maintain smooth office operations will be essential to our success.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome and assist clients and visitors with courtesy and attention to detail.<br>• Handle incoming mail by opening, sorting, and distributing, while preparing outgoing mail and packages for delivery.<br>• Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure consistent availability.<br>• Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared spaces, such as the kitchen, café, and conference rooms.<br>• Support various departments by providing overflow administrative assistance as needed.<br>• Coordinate and manage company calendars using Outlook.<br>• Deliver general office support, including assisting leadership and administrative teams.<br>• Operate and answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring prompt responses to inbound calls.
• Proven experience in receptionist duties, including managing front desk operations.<br>• Familiarity with concierge services and providing exceptional client support.<br>• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and managing inbound calls.<br>• Strong organizational skills to maintain office supplies and shared spaces.<br>• Competence in using Outlook for calendar management and scheduling.<br>• Ability to provide administrative support across multiple departments.<br>• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and colleagues.<br>• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
