We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Reading, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and verifying documentation. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities: • Identify and source potential candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and direct outreach. • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and compatibility with company culture. • Perform background checks and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete. • Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and feedback for future reference. • Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine and enhance selection processes. • Assist in creating job postings and contribute to employer branding initiatives. • Provide exceptional support throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience. • Handle additional recruitment-related tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

• Previous experience in a high-volume call center setting is advantageous. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport effectively.• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Previous experience with high-volume recruiting is advantageous.
