Responsibilities: • Process full-cycle payroll for multi-state operations, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees. • Manage payroll tax reporting and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans. • Handle garnishments, unemployment claims, and retirement plan file feeds with precision. • Address payroll-related inquiries and provide employees with clear and helpful support. • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. • Generate detailed payroll and HR reports, including headcount and attendance tracking. • Collaborate with the HR team to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency. • Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and internal policies.

• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing, including multi-state payroll. • Proficiency in payroll systems, ideally Paycom, and strong technical skills. • Solid understanding of payroll tax reporting and compliance regulations. • Hands-on experience with benefits administration and 401(k) management. • Familiarity with handling garnishments and unemployment claims. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
