We are looking for an experienced SEC Reporting Manager to join our client's team in Oregon. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the preparation and review of financial reports while ensuring compliance with SEC regulations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of financial reporting processes and a proactive approach to managing external auditor requests. Responsibilities:• Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Q and 10-K reports.• Collaborate with external auditors to address disclosure checklists and provide tie-out support.• Manage and update financial reporting tools, ensuring accuracy in formatting and language.• Support the preparation of footnotes and other detailed financial disclosures.• Address and resolve comments related to SEC filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.• Review tagging performed by internal teams and provide constructive feedback.• Ensure timely and accurate population of financial data within reporting systems.• Maintain strong communication with external auditors and internal stakeholders throughout the reporting process.• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the financial reporting workflow.• Provide expertise and guidance on SEC regulations and reporting requirements.

• Proven experience with SEC reporting and compliance processes. • Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and financial reporting standards. • Familiarity with financial reporting tools and systems, including Excel-based platforms. • Ability to review and address formatting and language comments on SEC filings. • Experience preparing footnotes and detailed financial disclosures. • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with auditors and internal teams. • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering accurate and timely financial reports. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
