We are looking for an experienced Controller with strong project management capabilities for a client in Hillsboro, OR. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone with a robust accounting background and expertise in managing systems and processes. The role will require leadership, documentation development, and global collaboration to enhance financial policies and procedures. Responsibilities:• Lead and oversee project management initiatives within the accounting domain, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.• Develop, revise, and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and clarity.• Create and update technical documentation, including workpapers, project status reports, and management reporting.• Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to support the implementation of updated fiscal policies and procedures.• Collaborate with global teams to align processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with DCAA standards.• Act as a key contributor to the growth and development of the business systems group.• Independently run projects with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Extensive experience in accounting functions, including AP, AR, and budgeting processes.• Proficiency in ERP solutions and accounting software systems.• Strong background in technical writing, particularly in creating and revising documentation for fiscal policies and procedures.• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently without the need for close guidance.• Global experience in accounting or financial management is highly preferred.• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results
