In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth accounting operations. Responsibilities:• Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate billing and timely collection.• Execute inter-account transfers and maintain proper documentation.• Prepare and post general ledger entries with attention to detail.• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.• Review and process invoices for accounts payable, adhering to company policies.• Conduct audits of financial transactions to ensure compliance with regulations.• Maintain balance sheet accounts and ensure they are properly reconciled.• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting systems and workflows.• Provide detailed financial reporting and analysis as required.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools. • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. • Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Strong knowledge of general ledger and journal entry procedures. • Expertise in account reconciliation and financial auditing. • Ability to analyze and maintain balance sheet accounts accurately. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams.
