Payroll Administrator
<p>We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Plano, Texas. In this role, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization within the healthcare industry. This is a long-term contract position with the opportunity to work on a permanent basis, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process payroll cycles with precision and adherence to deadlines.</p><p>• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.</p><p>• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.</p><p>• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.</p><p>• Implement and monitor automated payroll systems for accuracy and efficiency.</p><p>• Generate payroll reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.</p><p>• Manage employee inquiries related to payroll and address concerns promptly.</p><p>• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation for payroll-related matters.</p><p>• Stay informed on industry trends and updates to improve payroll processes.</p>
• Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably in the healthcare sector.<br>• Proficiency in using automated payroll systems and software.<br>• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance standards.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.<br>• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.<br>• Excellent communication skills for addressing employee inquiries.<br>• Familiarity with payroll reporting and data analysis.
