We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Plano, Texas. In this contract to permanent role, you will play a vital part in identifying and attracting top talent while supporting administrative and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and has a proactive approach to building strong talent networks. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the VP to manage recruitment tasks and administrative duties effectively. • Conduct cold calls to potential candidates, addressing and overcoming objections to secure interest. • Serve as a communication bridge between the VP and candidates, ensuring timely and accurate exchanges. • Maintain accurate applicant information and notes within the Applicant Tracking System. • Utilize various online recruiting platforms to network and source potential candidates. • Develop and maintain talent pools and communities for future hiring needs. • Apply knowledge of human resources policies related to onboarding and new permanent processes. • Successfully operate in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment to meet recruitment goals. • Foster strong relationships with team members and contribute to a collaborative work culture.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing. • Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and internet recruiting platforms. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively. • Demonstrated success in cold calling and overcoming objections during recruitment efforts. • Familiarity with human resources practices and onboarding processes. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. • Previous experience in mortgage sales or operations is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with teamwork capabilities.
