HR Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Plano, Texas. In this contract to permanent role, you will play a vital part in identifying and attracting top talent while supporting administrative and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and has a proactive approach to building strong talent networks.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Collaborate with the VP to manage recruitment tasks and administrative duties effectively.<br>• Conduct cold calls to potential candidates, addressing and overcoming objections to secure interest.<br>• Serve as a communication bridge between the VP and candidates, ensuring timely and accurate exchanges.<br>• Maintain accurate applicant information and notes within the Applicant Tracking System.<br>• Utilize various online recruiting platforms to network and source potential candidates.<br>• Develop and maintain talent pools and communities for future hiring needs.<br>• Apply knowledge of human resources policies related to onboarding and new permanent processes.<br>• Successfully operate in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment to meet recruitment goals.<br>• Foster strong relationships with team members and contribute to a collaborative work culture.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing.<br>• Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and internet recruiting platforms.<br>• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.<br>• Demonstrated success in cold calling and overcoming objections during recruitment efforts.<br>• Familiarity with human resources practices and onboarding processes.<br>• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.<br>• Previous experience in mortgage sales or operations is a plus.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with teamwork capabilities.
