We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Lewisville, Texas. The ideal candidate will excel in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively screen, interview, and assess top talent to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities:• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles.• Conduct phone screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.• Review and assess resumes to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions.• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and ensure a seamless hiring process.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.• Provide recommendations and insights to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. • Ability to effectively screen resumes and assess candidates’ qualifications. • Skilled in conducting phone and in-person interviews. • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment best practices. • Experience in corporate or government recruiting is a plus.
