• High school diploma or equivalent.<br>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.<br>• Familiarity with data entry and order processing.<br>• Experience in call center operations or managing inbound/outbound calls.<br>• Availability to work onsite in Pasadena, California.
