This long-term contract position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining remote and in-office days. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing rental applications, ensuring accuracy, and delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and customers. Responsibilities: • Process incoming rental applications with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Verify the completeness and correctness of application information. • Update and maintain customer accounts in internal systems as required. • Liaise with internal departments to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. • Respond to customer questions and concerns through email, phone, and other communication channels. • Schedule appointments and coordinate with applicants to ensure smooth processing. • Handle data entry tasks to maintain organized and accurate records. • Support weekend operations remotely when necessary, adhering to the established schedule. • Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the application process.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. • Minimum of three years of experience in credit processing or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability when faced with new challenges. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Detail-oriented approach and excellent communication skills. • Proven ability to work effectively under supervision while maintaining flexibility and cooperation.
