We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Parsippany, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and expertise in managing financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities: • Process and verify a high volume of invoices and payments to ensure timely and accurate transactions. • Maintain detailed records of accounts payable activities and reconcile discrepancies. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing issues and inquiries. • Monitor and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding financial operations. • Assist in month-end closing procedures and prepare reports related to accounts payable. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal audit requirements. • Identify opportunities for process improvements within accounts payable operations. • Support other administrative tasks as needed to maintain efficient workflow.

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role. • Strong proficiency in financial software and tools. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and team members. • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial operations. • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred. • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
