In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing cash applications, accounts receivable records, and billing functions within the real estate and property industry. Responsibilities:• Accurately process and apply customer payments to accounts using the Yardi system.• Investigate and resolve discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams to ensure proper account reconciliation.• Maintain comprehensive and organized accounts receivable records to support financial operations.• Review and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and implement appropriate follow-up actions.• Process tenant account adjustments and handle check issuance for prior tenants.• Coordinate with billing and property management teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.• Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts receivable issues with professionalism and clarity.• Generate and present financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review.• Assist in the development of financial analysis reports to support strategic decision-making.
