In this role, you will oversee critical billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial processes. You will play a key part in managing accounts receivable and collaborating with various departments to maintain efficient workflows.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare and process invoices for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.</p><p>• Manage accounts receivable operations, including tracking payments and resolving discrepancies.</p><p>• Utilize billing software such as Aderant to streamline billing processes and maintain records.</p><p>• Provide exceptional support to export customers by addressing inquiries and resolving billing issues.</p><p>• Analyze and report on billing data to identify trends and optimize financial procedures.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.</p><p>• Maintain accurate documentation of all billing activities for audit and compliance purposes.</p><p>• Assist in legal billing tasks to support the firm's financial operations.</p><p>• Monitor and improve billing workflows to enhance overall efficiency.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies within all billing activities.</p>

• Proven experience in billing functions within an environment that emphasizes attention to detail.<br>• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and financial operations.<br>• Proficiency in billing software, including Aderant and Costpoint.<br>• Familiarity with export customer service practices and legal billing requirements.<br>• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report financial data.<br>• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.<br>• Effective communication and problem-solving skills for handling client inquiries.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to meet deadlines and objectives.
