Responsibilities: • Manage collection efforts for both commercial and consumer accounts, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding payments. • Communicate effectively with clients to negotiate payment arrangements and address billing discrepancies. • Monitor account status and identify overdue payments, taking appropriate action to minimize financial risk. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and credit processing. • Maintain detailed records of collection activities and payment agreements. • Prepare regular reports on collection status and account performance. • Review and analyze customer credit information to support the collection process. • Implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquent accounts. • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to collections.
