They do have activities to create culture of people enjoying coming to work. </p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Collections for commercial accounts </p><p>• solid interpersonal skills to build relationships to communicate payment issues and resolve discrepancies.</p><p>• Analyze what is collectable and what maybe bad debt</p><p>• interact with sales and operations for effective management of client collections. </p><p>• Use systems including Excel software to manage collection activity </p><p>• Prepare reports detailing collection </p><p> • Negotiate payment terms or settlements.</p>
