We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to join our team in Chicago, Illinois, on a long-term contract basis. This role involves enhancing and rebranding our SharePoint environment while improving usability and automating workflows. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in web technologies and a strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead the visual redesign and branding of the SharePoint environment, ensuring cohesive color schemes, logos, and layouts across all pages.<br>• Overhaul and rename existing subsites to optimize navigation and align with organizational objectives.<br>• Develop tools to support event management processes, including routing systems for seminar payments.<br>• Assess manual workflows related to partnership agreements and implement automated solutions for improved tracking and visibility.<br>• Design dashboards and workflows to enhance data accessibility and streamline team operations.<br>• Create detailed training materials and user documentation to support SharePoint adoption.<br>• Conduct training sessions to educate users on SharePoint navigation, features, and best practices.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the SharePoint environment meets functional and branding requirements.

• Proven expertise in SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server development and administration.<br>• Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, including site collections, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions.<br>• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and ASP.NET.<br>• Experience with tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Designer for workflow automation.<br>• Ability to create dashboards using tools such as Power BI.<br>• Excellent communication skills and the ability to train users with varying levels of technical expertise.<br>• Familiarity with branding and customization within web environments.<br>• Experience in WordPress development is a plus.
