The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in civil litigation, with a particular focus on creditors’ rights and collections. This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of legal matters, including litigation and collection efforts, in a dynamic and professional environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Handle collection matters from demand through judgment and enforcement.</li><li>Represent clients in civil litigation related to creditors’ rights.</li><li>Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.</li><li>Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.</li><li>Attend court hearings and manage case dockets.</li><li>Collaborate with attorneys across the firm to ensure consistent legal representation.</li></ul>
