This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about the legal field and eager to gain hands-on courtroom experience. The role involves working on a diverse range of complex disputes, including commercial litigation, estate controversies, employment matters, and civil cases.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Draft and review motions, pleadings, discovery documents, legal memoranda, and correspondence</li><li>Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze case details to support litigation strategies</li><li>Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings</li><li>Collaborate on case strategy development and participate in client meetings</li><li>Assist in trial preparation, including organizing evidence and drafting trial-related documentation</li><li>Manage case files efficiently, ensuring deadlines and client communications are met</li><li>Provide sound legal counsel and maintain professionalism in all client interactions</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school</li><li>Active license to practice law in Illinois</li><li>2+ years of litigation experience preferred</li><li>Strong legal writing and research skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively</li><li>Courtroom experience is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>
