Front Desk Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Administrator to join our team in Norwalk, Connecticut, within the Real Estate and Property industry. In this long-term contract role, you will serve as the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner.<br>• Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring all visitors and tenants are treated with respect and care.<br>• Accurately input and manage data related to tenant information and property details.<br>• Handle receptionist duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence.<br>• Assist in coordinating property-related activities and administrative tasks.<br>• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and organizational needs.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.<br>• Maintain organized records and documentation for tenant and property management purposes.<br>• Respond promptly to requests and escalate concerns when necessary.<br>• Support other administrative functions as needed to enhance team productivity.
• Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably within the property management sector.<br>• Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues effectively.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail to ensure accuracy.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.<br>• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently in a dynamic work environment.<br>• Familiarity with office software and systems.<br>• Capability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration skills.<br>• A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
