Executive Assistant – Corporate Office
<p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <strong>Executive Assistant</strong> to provide professional administrative support to senior leadership in our Bethesda corporate office. This individual will act as the right hand to executives, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring that leadership can operate at maximum efficiency.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.</p><p>• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.</p><p>• Coordinate logistics for board meetings, leadership team sessions, and client-facing events.</p><p>• Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing appropriately and ensuring timely follow-up.</p><p>• Assist with project management tasks, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups.</p><p>• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams, clients, and external partners.</p><p>• Handle expense reporting, invoice processing, and vendor coordination as needed.</p><p><br></p>
<p>Qualifications</p><p>• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar role.</p><p>• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.</p><p>• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom).</p><p>• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive matters.</p><p>• High attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.</p><p><br></p>
