This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking for true part time work - weekly expectation is two days a week. Responsibilities:• Process and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and proper coding.• Manage payment schedules and execute check runs in a timely manner.• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or payment issues.• Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.• Apply fundamental accounting principles, including debits and credits, to daily operations.

• Proven experience in accounts payable.• Familiarity with processing invoices.• Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts such as debits and credits.• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.
