Responsibilities: • Process and review invoices to ensure accuracy and proper coding. • Manage accounts payable functions, including check runs and payment processing. • Maintain detailed records of job costing to support project budgets. • Utilize Sage Timberline software to handle accounting tasks and financial reporting. • Collaborate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments. • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare monthly reports. • Monitor and track expenses to ensure compliance with company policies. • Support the preparation of financial statements and audit requirements. • Assist in improving accounts payable processes for greater efficiency. • Provide support to the accounting team during month-end and year-end closings.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or construction accounting. • Proficiency in Sage Timberline software for accounting and financial tasks. • Strong knowledge of job costing and invoice coding practices. • Ability to perform check runs and manage payment processing efficiently. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping. • Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors and team members. • Solid organizational and time-management abilities. • Familiarity with construction industry accounting processes is preferred.
