We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing HRIS reporting, data handling, and automation processes to ensure accurate and efficient operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in advanced Excel functionalities and HRIS systems within the med-device assistance industry. Responsibilities:• Generate, customize, and manage weekly reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance to organizational needs.• Process data efficiently using tools such as VLOOKUPs, filtering, and advanced Excel techniques.• Import payroll system files into Excel, format data appropriately, and prepare for reporting purposes.• Develop and implement macros using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.• Establish and maintain a reliable File Transfer Protocol (FTP) process to send formatted data to external vendors.• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations to streamline data handling and reporting workflows.• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of both raw and processed data for reliable decision-making.• Collaborate with internal teams to address data inconsistencies and refine reporting practices.• Maintain thorough documentation of processes, macros, and workflows for ongoing use and troubleshooting.• Adapt and customize reports as needed to meet evolving organizational requirements.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in HRIS analysis and related fields. • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and conditional formatting. • Demonstrated ability to design and develop macros using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for automation. • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data optimization and process improvement. • Experience in handling large datasets and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. • Familiarity with HRIS systems and their implementation or database management. • Exceptional attention to detail to maintain the integrity of data and reporting. • Ability to set up and manage FTP processes for efficient file transfers.
