HR Leader/Consultant
<p>We are looking for an experienced HR Leader to join our team on a contract basis in either Fargo or Twin Cities. In this role, you will lead key human resources initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position is ideal for a highly skilled individual with over 10 years of experience in HR leadership and expertise in employee relations, benefits, and compliance.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and oversee HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.</p><p>• Manage employee relations by addressing and resolving workplace concerns and fostering a culture of collaboration.</p><p>• Lead the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational goals.</p><p>• Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.</p><p>• Monitor HR compliance, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company standards.</p><p>• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.</p><p>• Oversee benefit functions, including enrollment, communication, and vendor management.</p><p>• Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.</p><p>• Manage HR administration processes, including payroll, record-keeping, and reporting.</p><p>• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters.</p>
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in human resources leadership roles.<br>• Comprehensive knowledge of employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration.<br>• Strong understanding of HR compliance and labor laws.<br>• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and strategies.<br>• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.<br>• Experience managing benefit functions, including vendor coordination.<br>• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex workplace issues effectively.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
